1 bottle of wine (brand and kind of your choice, the one you like the most)
1 qt of lime ice cream or sherbet
Ice (about two ice trays)

PREPARATION

Place everything in the cup, crush at max. speed until it is all well crushed. Serve in tall glassed (according to wine type) with a straw.

This beverage is so refreshing it can be served as a dessert or in between dishes. Many restaurants serve it between fish and beef, because it helps cleanse the palate and as a digestive. It also lessens the sensation of being full.

It is very refreshing for the summer season.

If you have children at home, change the bottle of wine for soda.
