White bread

(Serves 4)
- 500 gr Flour
- 125 g of water
- 125 gr Milk
- 50 gr oil
- 40 g of baker’s yeast
- Salt
PREPARATION
1 – Heat the milk and water at 37 º, speed 3, for 3 minutes.
2 .- Set max. speed, timeless, then add oil and
yeast, and then gradually add flour and salt until mixture forms a dough.
until it does not stick to the walls. Program for 15 minutes at max. speed. 3 – Put it into the mold, do not cover and let repose for
at least two hours to make it double the volume.
4 .- Turn on the oven for 20 minutes before the 2 hours has finished, at 190 º up and down, and cook for 30 minutes.
