INGREDIENTS
- 2 zucchini
- 100 g watercress
- 1 leek
- 1 onion
- 600 grams of meat or chicken broth
- 40 grams of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

Place in the Thermomix oil, onion and leek, set for 10 minutes, speed 1, temperature 100 º C.

Then peel and slice the the zucchini, 4 speed, add the broth, then set for 15 minutes, speed 1,

After this, while seasoning, add the watercress and chop them at full speed for 20 seconds.
