Tuna empanadas

Ingredients
1 onion
• 1 garlic clove
• a piece of red pepper
• 1 / 2 Italian green pepper
• 40 gr oil
• 1 boiled egg
• 2 small cans of tuna in oil
• 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
• pinch of salt
• dough for empanadas
• 1 beaten egg for painting
PREPARATION
Put the onion, garlic and smashed peppers in the bowl, for 3 sec, speed 4. Add the oil and set 15 min, varoma, speed spoon.
Preheat the oven to 200 º C
Add the boiled egg and smash for 3 sec, speed 3, also to well drained tuna and tomato sauce, season and mix 5 seconds in vel 3.
Spread the sheet, place the filling on one half, cover with the other half, closing the edges and paint with the egg.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200 º C
