Tomato cream

INGREDIENTS
- 1 green pepper
- 1 leek
- 1 kg ripe tomatoes
- 700 grams of meat or chicken stock cube
- 40 grams of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Put oil, leek and green pepper in the glass, then crush at speed 4, a few seconds and sauté 7 minutes, speed 2, temperature 100 º C.
Add the chopped tomatoes and blend for a few seconds, speed 5.
Add the stock cube, season and cook for 20 minutes, speed 2, temperature 100 º C.
Finally crush at high speed for 20 seconds
