Tagliatelle with tomato sauce and tuna

INGREDIENTS

1 package of fresh egg noodles
1 onion
1 can of crushed tomatoes (400 gr)
2 cans of tuna
3 slices of ham
1 boiled egg
40 grams of oil
Salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar

PREPARATION

Put the onion into quarters and oil at speed 5, 4 seconds .
Set 10 minutes varoma temperature, speed spoon.
Add the crushed tomatoes, cans of tuna, salt, pepper and pinch of sugar and set 15 minutes, varoma temperature, speed spoon.
When it’s 5 minutes left add the ham slices cut into strips and the egg chopped into small pieces.
As you finish the sauce, boil the noodles for about 4 minutes.
Serve the pasta topped with the sauce.
