Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
INGREDIENTS
- 6 Eggs
- 300 gr sugar
- 200 ml liquid cream
- 400 g of corn flour
- 20 g of yeast
- 200 g of butter (not margarine or vegetable oil)
PREPARATION
1.-powdered sugar to 2 seconds speed 10
2.-Add the eggs, heat to 37 º, 6 minutes,
speed 4
3.-Add the yeast and mix 20, sec speed 3, no
temperature
4 .- Add the corn flour and mix for 30 or 40 sec.
Speed 2 1 / 2, or until it’s all blended
5.-Put into a mold in the oven, 160 º , for 30 minutes
