Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
(Serves 3)
INGREDIENTS
330 grs of black beer
75g brown sugar
1 egg white
juice of half lemon
PREPARATION
1 .- The day before freeze the beer in ice buckets.
2 .- Pulverized sugar for 20 seconds, at gradually speed 5-10.
3 .- Add the frozen beer cubes, egg white and lemon.
4 .- Grind for 1 minute, speed 8 and serve immediately

INGREDIENTS:
1000 grs. mineral water.
300 grs. lime juice.
160 40th grs. rum
260 grs. sugar.
290 grs atomized glucose.
12 grs. sherbet stabilizer.
The zest of 4 limes.
15 grs. fresh mint.
PREPARATION:
Crush with the Thermomix (water with the mint leaves to break them (not too much), then put in a bowl and cover with a wrap and let marinate for 24 hours.
After this, pour in a saucepan. Start to heat and add the glucose spray. At 40 º add sugar mixed with the neutral. Bring to 85 º and maintain for a couple of minutes.

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
INGREDIENTS
2 oranges
100 grs sugar
20 grams of dark rum
300g water
400g of ice cubes
PREPARATION
Remove the ends of oranges and threw them into the glass with sugar and water. Hit three times. Strain the jar .then wash it and threw the liquid back to the jar, along with the rum and ice cubes. Set at speed 6 until the ice doesn’t hit the glass (about 15”)

INGREDIENTS
1 bottle of wine (brand and kind of your choice, the one you like the most)
1 qt of lime ice cream or sherbet
Ice (about two ice trays)
PREPARATION
Place everything in the cup, crush at max. speed until it is all well crushed. Serve in tall glassed (according to wine type) with a straw.
