Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
INGREDIENTS
1 onion
half cup of olive oil
12 sausages
1 cup of white wine
1 bay leaf
salt
pepper
PREPARATION
1 .- Cut the onion into quarters and pour oil on them for 4 seconds, speed 4.
2 .- Put the butterflies in the blades and fry the onions for 10 minutes, varoma temperature, atspeed 2.
3 .- Add the sausage and set for 3 ½ minutes, varoma temperature, turn left at speed spoon.
4 .- Add wine, the bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 12 minutes, temperature 100 º, turn left atspeed spoon.

A perfect meal for children, they love this kind of sausage: frankfurt, bratwurst, Vienna, etc.
INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)
• 1 onion
• 1 garlic clove
• 20 gr oil
• 8 -10 sausages
PREPARATION
Put the onion and garlic in the bowl and smash for 20 sec speed 4, add oil and fry for 10 minutes, varoma, spoon speed.
Cut the sausages in a 5-6 pieces and put into the glass. Program for 10 min, varoma, left turn, spoon speed.
