INGREDIENTS
- 100gr. Tomato pulp.
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 or 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
PREPARATION
Put the tomato in the Thermomix and chop at speed 3, separate the seeds if you do not like them.
Then add the other ingredients and crush again all ingredients at speed 4 or 5.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- 1 / 4 tsp pepper or 1 / 2 chilli
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 garlic cloves 1 tsp of minced garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 30 g of vinegar
- 150 g olive oil

40 anchovies
Flour and egg
For the sauce:
30 g almonds
30 g hazelnuts
3 teaspoons hot peppers
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 slice of fried bread
1 little cayenne
3 and 4 garlic confit shallots
30 gr oil of shallots and garlic confit
Salt and black pepper
PREPARATION
Put the almonds and hazelnuts in the Thermomix and blend until powder, add the remaining ingredients and blend at max speed until it is all good ground and gets a smooth sauce. If it gets too thick, add a little water.

INGREDIENTS
- 6 pork chops
- 100 grams olive oil
- 1 onion
- 50 oz brandy
- 1 cup of white wine
- 2 apples
- Salt
- Flour
- Parsley
PREPARATION
Salted the chops, and fry lightly floured.
Reserve in a large skillet.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 Greek yogurt
• 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 garlic clove
• Black pepper powder

PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in the bowl, season to taste with spices and grind around 30 seconds, speed 9, no temperature. It is somewhat fluid, but if you get to the refrigerator a couple of hours, it gets some consistency.

INGREDIENTS
• 75 ml vinegar (3 / 4 cup)
• 100 gr sugar
• 50 grams of ketchup
• 75 ml of cold water (3 / 4 cup)
• 1 teaspoon (of mocha) cornstarch
PREPARATION
Pour in the glass the vinegar, sugar and ketchup, set 15 min, varoma, speed 1, without the cub.
Dissolve the cornstarch in cold water in the beaker. Set 1 min more at the same speed and temperature and gradually add the cornstarch to the sauce. Let it boil a little and you’re done.
