Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
(Serves 4)
INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml double cream for cooking
- 1 can of tuna in olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cans of corn
- Grated cheese (emmental)
- 1 carrot
- Salt, pepper, parsley
- 2 slices of bread from the day before
PREPARATION
1- Preheat the oven to 180 º up and down.
2.-Put in the thermomix the onion, carrot, salt, pepper, parsley, bread and cheese
grate at speed 4, 15 seconds.
3.-Add the eggs, cream, tuna (previously drained) and corn then mix at speed
2 for 30 seconds.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 quart of soy milk
- 6 muffins
- 2 leaves of jelly neutral
- 2 pack of curd
- 8 tablespoons of sugar
- 6 eggs
- Liquid candy or whipped cream
PREPARATION
Put the muffins in the glass and a pint of soy, mix well at speed 4, for 5 seconds.
Then pour jelly leaves in cold water till they are soft, meanwhile put in the cup curd, sugar and jelly when we get it soft, mix with the remaining milk, 4 whole eggs and 2 yolks.
