INGREDIENTS
(Serves 4)
- 500 g of potatoes
- 1 onion
- 4 celeries
- 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 50 gr olive oil
- 750 g of water
- 2 vegetable stock cubes
- Parsley
- Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
1. Peel the potatoes, onion, and celery
2 .- Put the onion and celery in the thermomix, chop at speed 4 for about 3 seconds, add oil, set for 10 minutes, varoma, speed spoon and left turn.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of frozen broccoli
1 cup of sweet potatoes
1 cup of potatoes
BECHAMEL
Grated cheese
PREPARATION
Place 2 cups of water in the cup during 5 minutes, Varoma temperature, and speed 2. Peel and dice sweet potato and potatoes, place in Varoma. Place frozen broccoli on Varoma&#8217;s black tray, salt slightly, place in Varoma and place over lid. Program for 30 minutes, Varoma Temperature, speed 2.
Place everything in an oven resistant container, cover with BECHAMEL, sprinkle a little of grated cheese and gratin.
