Plum mousse

INGREDIENTES: (4 people)
350 gr of peeled plums
50 g sugar
3 egg whites
a pinch of salt
few drops of lemon
a spoonful of rum
a handful of chopped walnuts
PREPARATION:
- We put the egg whites, salt, sugar and a few drops of lemon in the Thermomix and assemble.To do this, we must put the butterflies and set for 6 minutes, 3½ half speed, temperature 37 º. We reserve the egg whites in a bowl.
