Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
INGREDIENTS
(Serves 4)
50 gr olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch of basil
10 gr lemon juice
1.5l water
Salt and pepper
2 hard boiled eggs
350 gr spaghetti
PREPARATION
- Chop the eggs at speed 2-3 for 4 seconds. Then reserve.
- No need to clean the glass put the parsley, the basil, oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Crush for 10 seconds at speed 7. Using the spatula reserve the sauce in a separate bowl.
