- 5 lemons
- 500 g of water
- 250 g of sugar
- 800 g of ice
PREPARATION
Wash the lemons- without peeling- cut them into 6 or 8 wedges.
Put into the Thermomix with water and press the turbo button 5 times. Drain and rinse the glass.
Return the liquid in the Thermomix, add sugar and ice and set for 30 seconds, speed 5

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
INGREDIENTS
- 5 lemons
- 500 g of water
- 250 g sugar
- 800 g of ice
PREPARATION

Pour and the glass with water and press the turbo button 5 times with quick jabs. Drain and rinse the glass.
Return the liquid in the glass, add sugar and ice cubes and set speed 30 seconds / Speed 5.

Recipe – Thermomix TM 21
INGREDIENTS
- 40 g lemon juice
- 50 g sugar
- 60 g white rum (Havana Club or Bacardi)
- 240 g of ice
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in the glass 40 seconds at speed 3, 5, 8. It must go through speeds 3 and 5 slowly so the ice get frappe.
This measure can give about 20 cups and note that this drink comes softly but has a good effect.

1 bottle of wine (brand and kind of your choice, the one you like the most)
1 qt of lime ice cream or sherbet
