Passion fruit Flan

500 grams of passion fruit juice
(Containers)
4 eggs
100 gr sugar
caramel
750 gr of water
PREPARATION
- Pour in the Thermomix passion fruit juice with eggs and sugar.
 
- Mix well for 10 seconds, speed 3.
 
- Caramelized a mold. And pour into it the mixture of juice, eggs and sugar.
 
- Put the water in the Thermomix ]and close. Place the bowl on the Varoma with the preparation of custard, then close.
 
- Set for 40 minutes, Varoma temperature, and speed 2.

Coconut flan

INGREDIENTS (Serves 4-5)
300 gr. condensed milk
220 g of coconut juice
220 grs of cream
60g grated coconut
2 pack of curd
Liquid caramel
PREPARATION
- Pour all the ingredients in the thermomix glass (except liquid caramel). Mix for 20 seconds, speed 10.
- Set for 8 ½ minutes, temperature 90 degrees at speed 3.
- Meanwhile, caramelized the molds.
- As soon as you finish cooking, pour the mix in the prepared molds. Let cool to room temperature and then put them in the fridge. You have to leave in the refrigerator at least for 4 hours.

White chocolate flan

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
Ingredients for 6 puddings.
Time: 9 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
200 g of white chocolate
300 g low-fat milk.
200 g of cream.
1 pack of curd.
Liquid candy for the molds.
PREPARATION
We put in the cup white chocolate and program for 10 seconds at speed 07/05/1910.
Add all other ingredients except candy, and set for 8 minutes, at  90 degrees, speed 4. Meanwhile, caramelized the molds.
Pour into the mold, and let cool in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours. After this time, it’s ready to taste

INGREDIENTS
5 eggs
1 can of condensed milk
1 1/2 cup of milk
Liquid caramel
PREPARATION
Place everything in the cup, whip during 15 seconds, speed 3.
Pour mix in a 30 oz rectangular mould, previously caramelized. Cover with foil until its well sealed. Place in Varoma container and reserve.
Put 2 cups of water in the cup (no need to clean it out), program 5 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 2. When done, place Varoma over lid and program for 30 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 2.
Let cool to dis-mould.
