 INGREDIENTS
200g of cherry tomatoes
200g goat cheese
100g onions
100 g green pepper
100g cucumber
50 g black olives
40 gr olive oil
salt
few drops of lemon
oregano to taste
some leaves of lettuce
PREPARATION
Wash the tomatoes, drained, cut them in half and reserve. Do the same with the lettuce.
Put the cheese in the bowl and chop for 3 seconds, 3½ speed. Reserve

- 650 gr of ripe plums without pits
- 450 g of fructose
- 1 peeled, seedless lemon (no white parts)

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
- 2 carrots (about 120 gr)
- 2 green onions or 1 medium onion (about 200 gr)
- 1 medium potato
- 2 sticks of celery
- 1000 gr of water
- 1 stock cube
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 50 g of thin noodles or rice noodles
