Black beer sherbet

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
(Serves 3)
INGREDIENTS
330 grs of black beer
75g brown sugar
1 egg white
juice of half lemon

PREPARATION
1 .- The day before freeze the beer in ice buckets.
2 .- Pulverized sugar for 20 seconds, at gradually speed 5-10.
3 .- Add the frozen beer cubes, egg white and lemon.
4 .- Grind for 1 minute, speed 8 and serve immediately

Fruit juice

Recipe – Thermomix TM 21
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lemon
- 1 / 2 kg peeled fruit (tangerine, orange, pineapple, etc.).
- 4 or 6 ice cubes (depending on how cool we like)
- 1 cup of water.
- 1 cup sugar
- The ice and water in proportion to 1 / 2 liter
PREPARATION
Put all the ingredients in the Thermomix  and set speed 5, 7 and 9 for 3 minutes.
I recommend you try the tangerine
I recommend you try the pineapple

Orange tea

 This fruit tea is recommended for digestive cleansing and fat burning, can be serve both cold and hot. It’s a little bitter and not recommended to take daily.
 
(Serves 2)
INGREDIENTS
 
- 6 orange (peeled)
- 2 liters of water.
PREPARATION
Put the orange shells and the water in the Thermomix, Varoma temperature, speed spoon, for  35 minutes.
  
Strain through a fine filter

Orange sherbet

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
INGREDIENTS
2 oranges
100 grs sugar
20 grams of dark rum
300g water
400g of ice cubes
PREPARATION
Remove the ends of oranges and threw them into the glass with sugar and water. Hit three times. Strain the jar .then wash it and threw the liquid back to the jar, along with the rum and ice cubes. Set at speed 6 until the ice doesn’t hit the glass (about 15”)

Piña colada

(Spanish, strained pineapple: piña, pineapple + colada, strained) is a sweet, rum-based cocktail made with rum, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice, usually served either blended or shaken with ice. – Wikipedia-)

INGREDIENTS
- 150 g. (1 1 / 2 cub.) Grated Coconut.
- 200 g. (2 cub.) Sugar.
- 3 slices of pineapple
- 400 g. (4 cub.) Pineapple juice.
- 200 g. (2 cub.) Rum.
- An ice tray
PREPARATION
With the glass and the blades very dry, add sugar for 30 seconds at speeds 5-7-9 progressive, then add the coconut and repeat …

Viitamin C and Antioxidant juice

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
It is a juice full of fiber, vitamin C, potassium and magnesium also it’s light in calories. (Makes 4 cups)
INGREDIENTS
1 mango.
1 banana
1 orange
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
(Or a light sweetener
or just a tablespoon of brown sugar)
4 ice cubes
450g water
PREPARATION
We peeled and chopped all the fruits into the glass, the orange without any white, along with the ice cubes. Program for 1 minute, progressive speed (5-9)
Add water and sugar and set for 3 minutes, speed 10.
Serve cool.

Strawberry shake

Recipe – Thermomix TM 21

INGREDIENTS
- 400 gr. strawberries, washed and no tail.
- 1 cub.  granulated sweetener
- 6 ice cubes.
- 400 gr. skimmed milk
PREPARATION
Put in the glass all ingredients except milk and set for 30 sec., speed 4.
Add milk and set 2 minutes on speed 9.
…and ready to serve!

Variations:
You can substitute milk for 5-no fat natural yoghurt.
Replace the milk for evaporated milk.

Baileys

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
INGREDIENTS
-450g condensed milk
-390g whole milk
-150g Whisky
-10g of soluble coffee
-20g dark chocolate
PREPARATION
-Grind the chocolate until it is dust.
-Add all ingredients and mix, then program for 10 minutes at temperature 50,  speed 1
-Served cold
