Apple sauce pork chops

INGREDIENTS

- 6 pork chops
- 100 grams olive oil
- 1 onion
- 50 oz brandy
- 1 cup of white wine
- 2 apples
- Salt
- Flour
- Parsley
PREPARATION
Salted the chops, and fry lightly floured.
Reserve in a large skillet.
We put in the cup chopped onion, and grind for 3 sec., speed 5.
Add the oil to fry the chops and set for 5 minutes, speed 2 varoma temperature.
Add the apples, peeled and chopped, white wine and brandy. Salted and set for 10 minutes, speed 3 varoma temperature.
Then grind for 10 sec. speed 8.
