Swordfish in spicy sauce

RECIPE FOR TM 31 (FOR 2 PEOPLE)

- 2 swordfish steaks
- 400 g of tomato sauce
- Flour (2 tablespoons)
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup water
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ chilli
- Basil (1 tsp)
- Oregano (1 tsp)
- Parsley (1 teaspoonful)
- Laurel (1 sheet)
- Pepper (to taste)
