- 1 / 2 k. of ground beef, or half pork and half beef.
- 100 g. Parmesan cheese.
- 100 g. cigarral type cheese, landlord ….
- Garlic and chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

- large mushrooms
- A Philadelphia cheese terrine
- Parma ham
- Butter
PREPARATION
Wash the mushrooms, we withdrew the peduncles. Put in the glass of Thermomix the ham and chop. INGREDIENTS
- 1 chicken breast
- 50gr. breadcrumbs
- 50gr. milk
- 50gr. philadelphia cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 egg
PREPARATION
Crush the garlic 4 seconds on speed 6. Take the chicken breast to chunk and blend for 5 seconds on speed 7. Add salt and pepper then the bread, milk and cheese, mix for 10 seconds on speed 7, when a dough is formed, do lots of portions, pass through egg and breadcrumbs and fry in abundant oil.

1 1/4 cup of sugar

2 natural greek yogurts

PREPARATION
