300 gr. condensed milk
220 g of coconut juice
220 grs of cream
60g grated coconut
2 pack of curd
Liquid caramel
 PREPARATION
- Pour all the ingredients in the thermomix glass (except liquid caramel). Mix for 20 seconds, speed 10.
- Set for 8 ½ minutes, temperature 90 degrees at speed 3.
- Meanwhile, caramelized the molds.
- As soon as you finish cooking, pour the mix in the prepared molds. Let cool to room temperature and then put them in the fridge. You have to leave in the refrigerator at least for 4 hours.

Ingredients
1 / 2 roll of biscuits Mary
- 100 g sugar
- 3 tablespoons of caramel liquid (is for color)
- 1 liter of semi-skimmed milk
- 1 pack of curd
PREPARATION
Smash a cookie roll, 5-10 progressive speed.
Then add all ingredients, a pack of curd, and three teaspoons of caramel liquid.
Program  7 minutes on speed 4, temperature 90 degrees. Pour into cups or crystal glasses and you&#8217;re done.

1 cup of liquid caramel
1/2 cup gr of sugar
2 tbs vanilla extract
1 cup of cream
2 cups of milk
4 egg yolks
PREPARATION
Place everything except the yolks un the cup and mix for a few seconds at max speed. Program 12 minutes, at speed 6, 100° C. Place in a covered container and chill in the fridge for 10 &#8211; 12 hours (all night for example).
Place butterfly. Place cold mix in the Thermomix cup with the yolks. Stir on speed 3 until it is all blended.
