Swordfish in spicy sauce

Add to favorites RECIPE FOR TM 31 (FOR 2 PEOPLE)
- 2 swordfish steaks
- 400 g of tomato sauce
- Flour (2 tablespoons)
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup water
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ chilli
- Basil (1 tsp)
- Oregano (1 tsp)
- Parsley (1 teaspoonful)
- Laurel (1 sheet)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Oil
- 1 bouillon cube or salt to taste

PREPARATION
1. Chop garlic and onion for 5 sec / speed 4. Add 30 g of oil and set 3 min / varoma / speed 1
2. Add the flour, white wine, tomato sauce, water, lemon juice, chilli, basil, oregano, parsley, laurel, pepper and bouillon cube.
3. Cut swordfish into chunks and put in the basket or put the fillets in the pan and set varoma, program for 20 min / varoma / speed 1
