Stuffed Eggplant

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
INGREDIENTS
400g chopped pork
150g cooking cream
400g mushrooms
400 gr onion
100 oil
4 large eggplants, basil, oregano, salt pepper and a pinch of paprika
PREPARATION
Wash the eggplants and took the pulp out, reserve the eggplant pulp and put them in the container at Varoma temperature, then chop the mushrooms and the onions in the Thermomix-speed for about 4 -5 seconds
Place aside and chop the eggplant pulp / speed 4 / 15 seconds, and cast aside the oil and the pulp of the eggplant and mushrooms with the onions over the eggplant we had set aside in the Varoma , spoon speed / 5 minutes.
When time runs out, add chopped pork and the others spices and salt to taste -spoon speed at Varoma temp. for 15 minutes – without removing the container -finally add the cream and set Varoma temp for 5 minutes spoon speed, fill the eggplants and sprinkle with cheese, bake for 15 minutes and enjoy it.
