Remove the glass from the base and let it cool to room temperature to reach 45-50 º C, which is achieved in 1 hour.
Set for 8 min, speed 3 ½, no temperature, with the butterfly (do not remove in the entire preparation).
Grease a baking pan with sunflower oil, the best way is to spread the oil with a paper napkin.
Let congeal at room temperature for about 8 hours, I leave it all night. The next morning unmold, with help of a rubber spatula.
