STEAMED AND GRATINATED BROCCOLI

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of frozen broccoli
1 cup of sweet potatoes
1 cup of potatoes
BECHAMEL
Grated cheese
PREPARATION
Place 2 cups of water in the cup during 5 minutes, Varoma temperature, and speed 2. Peel and dice sweet potato and potatoes, place in Varoma. Place frozen broccoli on Varoma’s black tray, salt slightly, place in Varoma and place over lid. Program for 30 minutes, Varoma Temperature, speed 2.
Place everything in an oven resistant container, cover with BECHAMEL, sprinkle a little of grated cheese and gratin.









I think this is one of the healthiest vegetables. It always helps satisfies my hunger and doesn’t have much calories versus the amount.
