Spring Snacks

Add to favorites Recipe – Thermomix TM 31 
INGREDIENTS
- 100 g green pepper
- 100 g red pepper
- 100 grs sugar
- 100 g water
- 50 oz vinegar
- A Philadelphia cheese terrine
PREPARATION
1.Grind peppers for 4 seconds at speed 3 ½
2. Add all ingredients except cheese
3. Check that there is nothing on the walls and cook for 25 minutes/ varoma temperature/ speed 1 without putting a beaker
4. Let this preparation cool a bit.
5. Flatten with a rolling pin the crustless bread
6. Spread cheese on the preparation
7. Roll and wrap in foil paper
8. Let it harden in the refrigerator and then cut into slices
