Salmon cake with tartar sauce

 INGREDIENTS (Th21)Pastel-salmon-150x150
2 garlic cloves
30 g of virgin olive oil
300g fresh salmon
100 g of surimi
200 ml cream
3 eggs
100 g of tomato sauce
salt, pepper, nutmeg, dill
Tartar Sauce
PREPARATION

Add the 2 garlic cloves in the Thermomix when it’s running at speed 7, then stop the machine, and add oil, set for  6 min, varoma, speed 1.

Add the diced salmon and surimi. Set for 8 min, varoma speed 1.

Add the remaining ingredients, crushing at maximum speed, for 8 min, 90 ° C, speed 4.

Turn off the temperature and set for 2 min, speed 4.

Pour into a greased rectangular pan (if silicone it’s not necessary).

Serve cold, accompanied by tartar sauce.
