Roasted mushrooms

Add to favorites Recipe – Thermomix TM 21
(Serves 6)
INGREDIENTS
- 25-30 mushrooms
- Garlic
- 20 g of parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 200 g butter at room temperature.
PREPARATION
Prepare the mushrooms removing completely the stems and leaving the heads clean to bake. Reserve.
Prepare butter:
1 . Place all ingredients in the bowl, except the butter and crush for 5 seconds, speed 5. Put the remains off the walls with the spatula and check that all is well crushed.
2 . Add butter in pieces by the jar with the Thermomix speed up at speed 3, stop the machine when adding the last piece.
3 . Place the butter in a disposable sleeve and fill the heads of the mushrooms, then bake until they get golden.
