Rice with soy milk

INGREDIENTS
- 130 g. of rice.
- 750 ml. soy milk.
- 100g. sugar or 25 g. fructose.
- 1 stick of cinnamon.
- lemon zest
PREPARATION
Put water in a saucepan, cook rice for 10 minutes and drain. While adding into the Thermomix soy milk, cinnamon and lemon zest and set 20 minutes, varoma temperature, speed spoon and left turn. (If it starts to boil before the end of time turn down the temperature a bit, if it doesn’t boil just add a bit more time). Then add the drained rice and set for 12 minutes, varoma temperature, speed, spoon and turn left. After this, take out the lemon zest and the cinnamon stick, and add sugar or fructose. Set for 1 minute, speed spoon and left turn , no temperature. Serve in individual bowls and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
