For the dough:

Yogurt
Oil yoghurt
Oil sugar yogurt
Three measures of flour yogurt
3 eggs
125 grs. ground almond
1 pack of yeast
Red food coloring

Filling:
125 grs. cream cheese
250 grs. cream
50 g icing sugar
Strawberry jam

Topping:
A bar of chocolate desserts
1 tsp of sunflower oil.

We put all the ingredients of the cake in the Thermomix except the food coloring for a few seconds at speed, once all is mixed put the dough in a bowl and add the red food coloring slowly until desired color. .Pour the dough in a baking pan in the oven for 40 minutes once we got it out of the oven ready let cool.

Prepare the filling, add cheese and cream in the bowl and mix a for few seconds, put the butterfly in the blades and pour cream cheese, then add the sugar and stir. Cut the cake in half and put a layer of jam and another of cream cheese, close the caket and heat the chocolate with oil for 2  minutes in the microwave and decorate the cake to taste.
