Pumpkin cake

Add to favorites INGREDIENTS:
- 300 grs pumpkin
- 120 grs sugar
- 100 grs butter
- 100 grs flour dessert
- 100 grs grated coconut
- 3 eggs
- 1 pacl of yeast
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- orange juice
- The orange skin.
PREPARATION:
- Boil the pumpkin until tender in a pan with water. Drain and reserve.
- Put the oven to heat to 200 º.
- In the thermomix glass put the skin of the orange. With the vessel closed and the turbo speed set until it’s grated (15 to 20 seconds.) We got the remains off the wall with a spatula.
- Add the boiled and strained pumpkin to the thermomix glass, butter, sugar, coconut, eggs, cinnamon, ginger and orange juice. Crush for 20 seconds, speed 5 to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Then add the flour and yeast and re-set 20 seconds, speed 5.
- Grease a cake pan or baking paper lined with greased well and add the dough.
- Set for 15 minutes with the oven to 200 º C and then descended to 170 º C and leave about 30 minutes, depends on the oven. We use the trick stick with a knife and if it comes out clean… the cake is ready! Enjoy !
