Pumpkin and zucchini cream

2 garlic cloves
20 g of oil
1 large zucchini
300g pumpkin
Lettuce leaves
20 g rice
1 liter of water
1 bouillon cube
PREPARATION

Start the Thermomix at speed 4 and pour the two garlic cloves, add oil and fry the garlic for 6 min, varoma, speed spoon. Add the zucchini and the pumpkin, grind for 20 seconds at speed  3 and saute for 4 min, varoma, speed spoon. Put the remaining ingredients and cook for 25 min, varoma, speed 2.

Let repose for about 10 minutes and grind well at maximum speed for 1 min.
