Piña colada

INGREDIENTS
- 150 g. (1 1 / 2 cub.) Grated Coconut.
- 200 g. (2 cub.) Sugar.
- 3 slices of pineapple
- 400 g. (4 cub.) Pineapple juice.
- 200 g. (2 cub.) Rum.
- An ice tray
PREPARATION
With the glass and the blades very dry, add sugar for 30 seconds at speeds 5-7-9 progressive, then add the coconut and repeat the operation until it’s well glazed, add the remaining ingredients and set for 1 minute , 5-7-9 progressive rates. We can use a spatula to crush the pineapple and the ice cubes.
Note: You can increase or decrease the amount of rum to taste
