Recipe – Thermomix TM 21Nutella
INGREDIENTS
-100 g peeled and roasted hazelnuts
- 100 g of chocolate fondant.
- 100 g of milk chocolate.
- 100 g of white chocolate.
- 200 g of whole milk.
- 150 g sugar.
- 150 g of sunflower oil.
PREPARATION
Grind the hazelnuts and sugar, program for 15 seconds at speed 10.
Add chocolate and blend for 20 seconds, speed 9.
Add milk and oil, set 7 minutes, 50 º C, speed 4.
Once completed, mix the content into a bowl and let cold.
