50 grams grated parmesan cheese
100 g yellow cornmeal (not cornstarch)
100g water
teaspoon salt
teaspoon of pepper
oil for frying
PREPARATION
Put all ingredients in the jar and set for 30 sec, vel. 4, then 2 minutes, high speed
We leave the dough repose in a plastic bag for 10-15 minutes, after this take portions of the dough and make triangles form then fry in not very hot oil.
Accompanied by guacamole and cheese. I hope you like!!
