Mushroom cream

INGREDIENTS
- 250g of mushrooms
- 1 onion, 1 garlic
- 40 gr olive oil
- A vegetable stock cube
- One tablespoon of cornstarch
- 750 g of water
PREPARATION
Put oil in the cup, onion slices, garlic mushrooms, grind a little at Speed 6, Fry 8 minutes, speed 1, temp. 100 °. Add water, a vegetable stock cube and cook for 20 minutes Speed 1, at temp.100 º. When missing six minutes add cornstarch and dissolved in a little water. Blend everything for 10 to 15 seconds, at speed 6-7-8-9
Serve with some mushroom slices with a few drops of olive oil.
