Meatballs with steam sauce

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31fondotags2

INGREDIENTS
(Serves 4)
- 600 grams of minced pork and beef mixed
- 1 onion
- 1 can of piquillo peppers
- 1 tomato
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Oregano, Thyme.
- Tabasco or mustard
- 50 gr. olive oil
- 500 grams of vegetable stock (water and a vegetable bouillon cube)

PREPARATION
1 .- Remove the peppers from the can, open them in half and remove seeds.
2 .- Chop half the onion and garlic, add spices and a few drops of tabasco or mustard. Add this mixture to ground beef and form meatballs and place in container Varoma.
3 .- Add the vegetable stock, half of the onion, olive oil, for 6
minutes Varoma, speed 2.
4 .- Put the peppers and set for 10 minutes/ Varoma,/  speed 2. Place the Varoma on top.
5 .- When finished, remove the meatballs and mash the sauce, speed 3-5-7-9-10, which is finely bound, repeat three times.
6 .- Cover the meatballs with the sauce and serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, …. etc.
