Meatballs cheese in tomato sauce

INGREDIENTS

- 1 / 2 k. of ground beef, or half pork and half beef.
- 100 g. Parmesan cheese.
- 100 g. cigarral type cheese, landlord ….
- Garlic and chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
- 2 eggs.
- Oil for frying.
Tomato sauce:
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes.
- 50 g. olive oil.
- 1 cup of water.
- 1 onion.
- 1 clove of garlic.
- 1 carrot.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 2 tablespoons sugar.
- 1 bay leaf.
PREPARATION
Grate the Parmesan cheese until powder. Reserve. Grate the cigarral cheese until it’s as chopped as possible and reserve as well.

Chop the onion, garlic and carrots for 6 seconds. Add oil and sauté 8 minutes at varoma temp., Speed 1.

Add the tomatoes, salt, sugar, bay leaf and put it to cook for 30 minutes, temperature 100 º, speed 1. While preparing the meatballs in a dish mixing the meat with salt, garlic, parsley, pepper, eggs and two kinds of cheese.

Knead well and make the meatballs. Browned in hot oil and set aside.

Remove the tomato sauce jar and place the butterfly. Add the sauce again, the meatballs and the water cube. Program for 10 minutes, temperature 100 º, speed spoon, turn left.

Serve with French fries
