Add to favorites Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
INGREDIENTS
(For 1 liter and 1 / 4 aprx. of water).
- 280 gr. lemon (1 large or 2 small)
- 150 gr. or 160 gr. sugar.
- 500 gr. Water
PREPARATION
Put the slice lemons into the Thermomix glass, then add sugar and 500g of water.
Beat for 2 sec. high speed. Only for 2 sec.!!!!
We put the basket into the jar -with a capacity
for 1 and 1/4- of water- and fourth about or a water bottle 1′25, add
a little more water in the jar, shake a lil’ with the hand,
and released back into the jar or bottle, and continue until filled.
If the water is not as cold as you want, add 3 or 4 ice cubes.
