• 1 Greek yogurt
• 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 garlic clove
• Black pepper powder
• cumin
• cilantro
• Oregano
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in the bowl, season to taste with spices and grind around 30 seconds, speed 9, no temperature. It is somewhat fluid, but if you get to the refrigerator a couple of hours, it gets some consistency.
