Honey Wheat Bread

INGREDIENTS
(Serves 4)
- 150 gr. water
- 200 gr. Whole milk
- 500 gr. Wheat flour
- 50 gr. Olive oil
- 40 gr. Pressed yeast.
- 100 gr. honey
- 2 eggs
- 2 dessert spoons of salt
- 1 dessert spoon of sugar
PREPARATION
1 .- Put the eggs, honey, water, milk, salt, sugar and oil for 6 minutes, 37 º, speed .4.
2 .- Add the yeast, mix 30 seg., speed.3.
3 .- Add the flour all at once, mix for 15 seconds at speed 6 and then 10 minutes/ spike speed
4 .- put in a pan or in a baking tray, and steep at least for 2 hours until double in volume.
(*) Do not worry if it does not rise excessively, is normal, the bread is more compact and does not rise as much as flour made with normal flour.
5 .- Bake at 190 º, up and down, for 30 minutes
