• 2 rolls of goat cheese
• TOMATO MARMALADE

PROCESSING
Cut goat rolls into discs of 1.5 cm width and pass through the grill. As we put on the grill, do not touch until after a while and make a yellow crust, put on the grill and wait about 30 seconds on each side.
Remove to a source, put a tomato jam cover on the cheese and serve hot. If you like, you can have everything done before, and when you’re going to serve just put into the microwave, be careful the cheese does not melt down.
