- 600 gr Cold milk
- 30 g sugar
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- 1 apple

PREPARATION

1 .- Put all ingredients and beat them 1 minute, speed 5.
2 .- We beat again for 1 minute. Speed 10.
If you want cooler, you can start chopping some ice cubes at speed 5 until they’re finely chopped. Then proceed according to the steps indicated.
