PREPARATION
Salted the fish fillets and roll up, placing them vertically in the Thermomix.

Pour water into the glass, along with the bay leaf and pepper, and place the basket into the vessel. Set for 15 minutes, 100 º, speed 4

After this, get the vessel out  using the spatula and let drain.

We cleaned the glass and threw in it the drained fish, cheese, eggs and parsley, and set for 10 sec., speed. 6.

Then, add some peeled shrimp or prawns mixing well with a spatula.
Spread a pan with butter and pour in the mixture of fish.

Put the pan in the microwave and let it curdle, for about 10-12 minutes at maximum temperature until the needle comes out clean.

We serve with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise, or another sauce.
