Eggplant pie

INGREDIENTS
3 eggplants
1 leek
150gr Ham
Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of oregano and mozzarella cheese.
PREPARATION
The eggplant is sliced lengthwise and not too thin and cook in micro or varoma, chop the ham in the Thermomix at max speed, remove the glass and reserve, then chop leek for 8 m, varoma temp, speed 1, after this add ham and set for 1 m, temperature 90, speed 1, then add the tomatoes and oregano and mix for a few seconds. Then alternating layers of eggplant and layers of ham and tomato, is placed over the mozzarella and put in the oven for about 7 0 8 minutes, previously heated to about 180 degrees.
