INGREDIENTS

- 2 boiled eggs
- 180 gr chicken or ham, tuna (whatever you want) cooked (fried, steamed, boiled or roasted).
- 550 g of whole milk
- 120 gr flour
- 50 gr onion
- 80 g of oil (olive best)
- 50 g butter
- garlic (whether you like it or not)
- Salt

PREPARATION

1. Boil eggs, chop at speed 3 for 2 seconds and set aside.
2. Chop the chicken, ham or whatever you want (to your taste). The chicken at speed 4 for 3 seconds goes perfect. Without cleaning the jar pour oil, butter and onion. (Also garlic if you want to put it). Temp. 100 °, speed 5, for 6 minutes.
4. Add the flour to cook at 90 degrees, speed 4 and 7 minutes.
5. Add milk and salt. Temperature 100 º, speed 4, for 10 minutes.
6. Mix the egg, chicken (or ham or whatever) to the dough.
7. Chill in refrigerator for at least 18 hours (this is the way the dough get its “right consistency”)
8. Form the croquettes, roll in the crumbs, then in egg; crumbs again and set aside to fry.
