Corn Pudding

(Serves 4)
INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml double cream for cooking
- 1 can of tuna in olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cans of corn
- Grated cheese (emmental)
- 1 carrot
- Salt, pepper, parsley
- 2 slices of bread from the day before
PREPARATION
1- Preheat the oven to 180 º up and down.
2.-Put in the thermomix the onion, carrot, salt, pepper, parsley, bread and cheese
grate at speed 4, 15 seconds.
3.-Add the eggs, cream, tuna (previously drained) and corn then mix at speed
2 for 30 seconds.
4 .- Put in a pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes, if you see that it’s browned on top, put a sheet of aluminum foil on, remove the mold when cold.









Is this supposed to be served hot or cold?
