Corn empanadas

INGREDIENTS
(Serves 4 people)
- 12 wafers of pies (homemade or prepared)
- 125 grams of corn
- 1 small onion
- 50 gr grated cheese gruyere or similar type, to taste.
- 1 boiled egg
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 20 gr oil
- Salt and pepper to taste.
PREPARATION
1 .- Peel and chop the onion for 3 sec., speed 3. Put the oil in the machine, set for 5 minutes, varoma, Speed 1.
2 .- Add the drained corn, sauté for 5 minutes, 100 º, speed 1.
3 .- Add the flour and mix at speed 1 for a few seconds, then let it cold.
4 .- Peel the boiled egg and mash it with a fork on a plate, add the grated cheese, mix with a fork and add to what we have in the machine, mix for a few seconds at speed 1 and add salt to taste.
5 .- Fill with this mixture the wafers of pies, Bake at 200 º until dry and crisp.
It’s good at any time, you can freeze them and the taste is still awesome.
