Cold chicken with vegetables and raisings

INGREDIENTS
500 g of fine chicken fillets
mixed vegetables
raisins
50 grams of red wine
1 liter of water
100 gr olive oil
juice of half lemon
salt
cumin
pepper
rosemary, thyme, oregano and cilantro
PREPARATION
- Put raisins to macerate in red wine for 30 minutes.
- In the varoma container put the chicken fillets and spread on top rack. In the bottom put the vegetables.
- In the thermomix glass put the water with some salt and herbs to taste: rosemary, thyme, oregano and cilantro.
- Place the varoma container covered with the Thermomix and program for 25 minutes, varoma temperature and speed 1.
- Let the chicken and vegetables to drain and cool. Drain the raisins and reserve wine.
- Cut the chicken into strips.
- In the empty thermomix glass put the oil, lemon juice, cumin to taste and a little salt and pepper. Mix well at speed 7 for 15 seconds.
- Put the vegetables in a bowl, the chicken and the macerated raisins. Finally dress with lemon juice
